Thank you for shopping with Divya & Co. Jewelry. We’re committed to getting your sparkling new pieces to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read below for details about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status anytime.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you place an order to a restricted location, our customer care team will reach out to arrange an alternative solution.
Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in your purchase price.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at pristinejewelry0197@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you're taken care of.
